Support to the Hearing Aid Technician – no more distances
Horentek is able to provide Retail Enterprises with a videoconference fitting system which allows a modern and direct interaction with both the hearing aid technician and the patient.
Basically, Horentek connects with the Acoustic Centres and contributes, in the case the Hearing Aid Technician needs it, to solve some complicated cases.
The system can also be used for the patients to enter, as it were, the core of the company, so that they can observe some of the phases of the production and assembly of the device.
Tele-consultation, Fitting Transmission, Monitoring and Remote Maintenance will be available through a Telemedicine Platform applied to Audiological Area.
